Having succesfully organised the May event and given the enthusiasm of the athletes, it was decided to hold a sequel event in the following months. 

The event was organised a 100% benevolently, with fees in the region of 10-15 euro, barely just covering the organisation and memorabilia (medals, tshirts, trophies... and the usual post-race buffet, which back then was the traditional Curry from Taj Mahal!). 

At this stage the National Federation has refused to stand by our side, and their only contribution to the event is their interdiction to use the word "triathlon" and the written threats to proceed with physically aborting our race. 

Our second ever race scored 75 attendants which is more than any event has ever attracted in the country...
