Rules

• Have fun!
• For the Bike part, it is compulsory to wear the Helmet. No helmet = no race.
• For the Swim part, it is compulsory to wear the Cap (given to you when you register)
• This is the most important one… For the Bike part : be EXTREMELY CAREFUL… Please ! Our priority number ONE is your SAFETY. The Traffic Police and Local Authorities do their best to protect you whilst cycling on the road. But you are ultimately responsible for driving safely throughout the course. Beware of your speed, and always ensure you are not putting yourself, other schiniatletes or tourists at risk!
• During the swim part, if you are tired, need to catch-up your breath, make a break, or feel unwell : wave at the supervisors on the boat and wait till they approach. You can rest on-board. You will start swimming again when you feel better -you won’t be disqualified!
• It is strictly forbidden to litter packaging and bottles outside of the water station zones. Any athlete caught infringing this rules will be disqualified on the spot.
